The January Detox was really good to get me back motivated, the regular check-ins were lovely and summary of the week.

I really enjoyed taking part in the individual coaching programme. I managed to lose 7lb in total. I was made more aware of my food choices, and I have managed to carry them on since. Zoe was really informative and encouraging, with good ideas on recipes etc. The exercises were easy to fit into everyday life. Will definitely take part again.

Thanks for organising the creative workshop at Ruskin Mill which was very enjoyable. I liked the theme Earth element; it was fun looking in detail at all the flowers and nature in general. Ruskin Mill is the ideal venue for this kind of creative activity. Thanks again.

I completed a 30 day Detox Challenge with Zen Pamper and can highly recommend it! Using a holistic approach that engages both the mind and body, I felt a positive change almost immediately. Zoe was encouraging and knowledgable, and provided daily support and advice that kept me motivated throughout the 30 days, and beyond. I completed the challenge feeling energised, and equipped with lots of ways to incorporate positive healthy changes into daily life.

I have just done a 30 day detox with Zoe. She gave us daily exercise and an information worksheet to follow with healthy choices of food we can choose. I felt more energised and less bloated after eating the right food. Highly recommended.

An interesting session which gave lots of additional ways of adding extra fitness into your daily routine. Overall, the three workshops gave a holistic overview to get yourself healthy through what you eat, relaxation and fitness.

Zoe held a very informative Zoom session on the Key To Getting Fit Is Variety. It was very useful describing nutritious foods to eat in a sensible diet, staying active through different work out exercises and also keeping a journal as a useful way of noting progress. Zoe was very professional, efficient, and helpful in her session and I look forward to the next one.

Zoe presented a very in depth well thought out Winter Detox programme which gave out a lot of information over a period of one month.

I had the most wonderful virtual spa experience last night. The lovely Zoe provided beautiful products from Neals Yard Organic and guided us through a fabulous facial, including cleansing, steaming and a hair mask. All done via Zoom, so no going out into the cold  She’s doing another one on 25th March, I highly recommend signing up for it.

I enjoyed the Design Dream Catcher / Christmas Wreath workshop very much. I was able to use materials left over from Christmas decorations to enhance the wreath and add new varied colours of shells, beads, feathers and glitter to my dream catcher. A very creative, festive and enjoyable 90 mins session.

I found the Autumn Detox Challenge to be very informative and versatile. Zoe was very encouraging throughout the month and showed great enthusiasm and knowledge. It is true that eating habits can be changed permanently for the best if you persevere and are made aware of the substantial benefits, weight loss and increased fitness by the month end.

The mindful art sessions are informative, well-illustrated and have helped me get out of my headspace and concentrate on something different. The end art results are much better than I thought I could produce. Thanks Zoe.

I found the Sacred Mandala Workshop very interesting and informative. There were a variety of techniques involved using acrylics and pebbles. The work was quite intricate and detailed but once it has been shown step by step it does become clear what had to be done to achieve the required effect. A varied and concentrated session involving painting the two pebbles with acrylics, drawing a mandala, and then transferring this onto the leaf print.

Michelle and I were so looking forward to attending your “Body Glow” Pamper Evening and it certainly didn’t disappoint. It was a really nice way to get a bit of “me time” alongside some social interaction and I didn’t even need to leave the house! Also, the next day my skin felt amazing. I’d definitely recommend this to others. Thanks Zoe.

I really enjoyed the Creative Flower Art session. It was a fun way to express myself and to be imaginative. I also found it quite therapeutic and relaxing to do. Looking forward to the next one.

I took part in Zoe’s Summer Detox 31 Day Challenge. Really enjoyed the daily challenges which were a good variety of exercises, some were tough. A month was a good goal for me, I lost 6lb and have cut down on sugar. This has been a good platform to work on.

I really enjoyed Zoe’s Body Glow Experience. The samples arrived beautifully packaged and clearly labelled. I learnt new techniques, found new products I liked and had a laugh. Highly recommend 😊

Zoe always comes up with really interesting facts to support her sessions and injects fun into some quite serious subjects. She is a mine of information.

Zoe puts on a very professional presentation with lots of useful information packed in 45 minutes.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the pamper session with Zoe. It was lovely to receive samples in the post and to be part of the experience and to learn more about the products and other health ideas. Zoe made it fun and informative. We look forward to the next one!

I enjoyed Zoe’s aromatherapy presentation as she included a range of products we could make ourselves for use at home and in my case for treatments with my clients. I will be making my own salt scrubs from now on.

I learned about oils I didn’t know before such as the benefits of Rosemary. Zoe was friendly and light-hearted in her delivery while imparting information about the products  clearly and confidently. I would recommend her presentations to anyone interested in well-being, aromatherapy, and the beauty / therapy industry.

I really enjoyed Zoe’s Spring Wellbeing Guide Workshop. She made it fun and even sent out the method for the products she showed us how to make.
