- Indian Head Massage – An ideal massage to help you unwind. Using specific pressure points to relieve tension in the upper back, face and scalp.
- Zen Facial – Tailored to your skin type, we offer a gentle exfoliation before applying a rich mask to nourish your skin. You will then enjoy a facial massage all topped off with eye and face moisturiser to hydrate and protect the skin, leaving it clear and natural.
- Zen Back Massage – A sensory massage that can be tailored to suit your mood, whether you want to be relaxed or invigorated. Through a combination of oils and pressure applied with a variety of massage techniques including a pressure point massage.
- Swedish Massage – A back, neck and shoulder massage incorporating traditional Swedish massage techniques. You will experience intense muscle relaxation, and a feeling of well being. This massage is particularly good for relieving mild aches and pains.
- Hot Stones – An introductory treatment to the back – feel the heat of the stones work on tired muscles to soothe away your daily stresses and strains. Hot stones unravel muscular tightness, relieves stress and leaves you feeling rejuvenated.
- Detoxifying Body Scrub – A back mask finished with a soothing massage cream. A mineral scrub is used as an essential treatment for removing dead skin cells, increasing the circulation and leaving your skin feeling soft. This will restore a natural glow to your skin.
- Reflexology – An introductory taster session to energise and restore balance in your health and wellbeing. Reflexology is known to relax the body and ease tension by helping the system of the body work more effectively by stimulating the reflexes to help eliminate toxins, balance the body and promote relaxation.
- A signature manicure for the hands – includes nail tidy, file, shape, deep moisturise and hand massage, sparkle or shine finish
- A signature pedicure for the feet – includes exfoliation with a foot scrub, foot soak and relaxing foot massage, nail tidy, file, shape and sparkle or shine finish
Add a Gel Finish for an additional 15 minutes to the treatment time and an extra £15 to the treatment price.

Zoe and the team were wonderful from start to finish. We made a large group working for a work event where we offered a series of massages and facials to the team. Zoe was very accommodating and helpful from our initial call through to the day itself. We had a number of last-minute requests and changes; Zoe helped to arrange and rearrange schedules to ensure a smooth event, even up until the night before! We can’t thank the team enough for a great and relaxing experience!
